Custom Estate Lots

The Ranch Estate lots at Monte Vista Ranch range in size from 2 acres to 7 acres. The building envelopes for each of the lots have been thoughtfully laid out to make sure that the view corridors from each lot are preserved.

Both the size and height of the homes have been carefully restricted to maximize the views and privacy of each Ranch Estate lot. Homes built on the estate lots must be a minimum of 3,000 sq. ft. There is no deadline for construction.
