A Family Tradition

Monte Vista Ranch is being developed by long-time Wickenburg resident Keith Schuck. His company has more than 50 years experience building some of Arizona’s most luxurious homes.

The Schuck family has owned the property since 1976. Keith views Monte Vista Ranch as not just a real estate project, but as a chance to build a lasting heritage for his family and one that will be the pride of his hometown.

Because Keith understands and appreciates the unique Western lifestyle of Wickenburg, Monte Vista Ranch will be private and secure;

but not stuffy, elitist or “country clubby.” It is a masterplanned community; but it will still have the scale and feel of a neighborhood. Quality throughout the development will be carefully controlled in every aspect; not just for quality’s sake, but because it is the goal of Monte Vista Ranch to create an environment where a higher quality of life can be achieved and enjoyed by all of its residents for generations to come.

That’s just the way things are done out Wickenburg way.
